Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally or through mediation shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), before a single neutral arbitrator, applying Georgia law and the Federal Rules of Evidence. Arbitration shall take place at the nearest AAA office. No punitive damages may be awarded. The arbitrator's written decision may be enforced in court. This Agreement is governed by Georgia law, and any court proceedings outside arbitration must be brought in Fulton County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website or the Tools after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
